Bread with Μorfat dry yeast

  • 2 sachets of MORFAT dry yeast
  • Salt
  • 1 kg flour



1. Dissolve 2 sachets MORFAT Dry Yeast in 2 ½ cup of warm water (500ml).

2. Add 20gr salt and stir to dissolve.

3. Add 1 kg flour and knead until the dough is smooth.

4. Let the dough for 30’ to rest.

5. Conjure up the dough into loaves and place in buttered pan.

6. Cover with a towel and leave in warm place for 1 hour.

7. Bake bread in preheated oven for 45-60’.
