• 1 sachet Morfat Baking Powder

  • 500g (2 1/2 cups tea) flour for all uses

  • 2 eggs
  • 250g (1 cup. Tea) sugar
  • 250g (1 package) Margarine
  • 1 Vanilla
  • Zest of half an orange

Stir very well the flour, baking powder and vanilla. Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy, then gradually add the eggs and continue beating until homogeneous.

Then add the yogurt and beat for a while yet. Reduce the mixer speed and add the flour. Once fully integrated, our mix is ​​ready. Butter well a form for cakes (large) and fill up a little above the middle of the form. Bake the cake at 170-180 ° C for about 50-60 minutes.
