Jelly with yogurt

  • 1 package Morfat Strawberry Jelly
  • 500gr strained yogurt




1. In 200gr. (1 cup) HOT WATER, dissolve the contents of the 2 STRAWBERRY jelly sachets. Mix very well until the jelly is completely dissolved and add 200gr. (1 cup) cold water. Mix well and refrigerate until the jelly starts to set (stir frequently so it does not set).

2. Remove the jelly from the refrigerator and add 500gr. strained yogurt. Mix very well until the mixture is smooth. Put mixture in mold and allow the dessert to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

3. To remove the dessert from the mold, dip the mold in hot water for a few moments (do not immerse) and turn over on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh strawberries or season fruit.


Note: The above quantities of ingredients are for 18 cm mold. For a larger mold, adjust the quantities of added ingredients and jelly accordingly.
