Morfat Lemon Pie

Cool and light sweet with lemon aroma and rich coating meringue.

How to prepare Morfat Lemon Pie

Υou only need: 400ml (2 cups) of COLD MILK & 60gr (3spoons)Butter or Margarine

  • Soften the butter slightly and stir in the biscuit crumbs( sachet No1) until the butter has been absorbed. Press the biscuit mixture into the form using a spoon.
  • In a mixer bowl, add 300ml (1 ½ cups) of COLD Water and the contents of the sachets No 12 & No 15. Beat for 5 min. at high speed. Apply the cream on to the biscuit layer.
  • In a mixer bowl, add 100ml (1/2 cups) of COLD Water and the contents of the sachets No 13 & No 14. Beat for 5-6 min. at medium speed until it sets firmly. Apply the Meringue on to the top of the cake using a spoon or a pastry cornet tool.
  • Set your oven in grill position and bake the Lemon pie for a few minutes, until the surface becomes brownish.Leave Lemon pie in the fridge and serve as usual.
