Sauce for roasts

  • 3 even tablespoons MORFAT Corn flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Beef broth
  • 3/4 cups white or red wine
  • 1 teaspoon of Butter or Margarine (optional)
  • Salt, pepper

1. Mix MORFAT Corn flour with the wine.
2. Boil 1 1/2 cups beef broth. Add MORFAT Corn flour mix to the simmering broth while stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper.
3. Remove from the stove and add, if you like, 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine.
